When a car hits young Victor's pet dog Sparky, Victor decides to bring him back to life the only way he knows how. But when the bolt-necked "monster" wreaks havoc and terror in the hearts of Victor's neighbors, he has to convince them that Sparky's still the good, loyal friend he was. Rated PG. This location provides Internet access through library computers and Wi-Fi connectivity. After-hours book drops are located at both the front of the building and in the parking lot. The branch is located just north of the historic Union Train Station near downtown Tampa.
This library contains many museum quality exhibits, including displays on the Civil Rights movement and the NAACP located in the lobby. The History of Central Avenue hallway features interactive touch panels, with both audio and visual elements.
