Daytripper is a beloved magical realist graphic novel whose protagonist dies over and over, highlighting life's important questions.
Brás aspires to be a celebrated author like his father, writing newspaper obituaries by day, and his novel at night. Each chapter of Daytripper is an important event in Brás' life that strangely ends in his death, unremembered when the next chapter begins. A modern classic of magical realism, Daytripper is a critical favorite that asks life's big questions.
