Computer LabTai Chi Ba-Gua Commercial: A traditional Chinese practice that blends gentle, flowing movements, focused breathing, and mindful concentration to cultivate inner harmony and vitality.
This is a true internal practice designed to help you discover a more evolved version of yourself. Our class incorporates a variety of elements, including physical movements, breathwork, Chi-Kung (the Chinese equivalent of Pranayama), partner exercises to improve balance and stability, Reiki, and other complementary forms. The class is progressive and inclusive, welcoming adult individuals of all ages, genders, and abilities. We adapt the practice to suit your unique needs, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for everyone. This is a purely holistic practice, distinct from external forms of Chinese traditions, offering a transformative journey for mind, body, and spirit.
